Overview
With the TTU-3MS one attendant at the master station can monitor
and respond to calls from as many as ten remote stations installed
up to a thousand feet away.
When not connected to a remote station, the master station acts like a TTU-3 providing communication through a window.
How it Works
The TTU-3MS incorporates the same high-quality electronics as the
basic patent pending Norcon TTU-1 Talk-Thru
system.
The operator can initiate communication with any remote station
by pressing and holding the appropriate push button on the master
unit.
Each remote station has a built in microphone, speaker and a call
origination switch which, when pressed, illuminates a light on the
master station and sounds a buzzer to alert the operator. The operator
can respond by pressing and holding the push button switch under
the illuminated light.
Remote stations are housed in a flush mount or surface mount weatherproof
enclosure.
